About the Role As the Design Lead , you will lead the interior design team, own the creative direction, and drive design outcomes across a diverse range of commercial projects—from concept through to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, project managers and contractors while ensuring every space is functional, stylish and aligned with client expectations. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the interior design team, managing workflow, resources and design quality. Drive creative direction and design innovation across commercial fit-outs. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors and internal project teams. Maintain consistency, accuracy and high standards across all design outputs. What We’re Looking For 7 years’ experience in commercial interior design, fit-out or architecture , with senior or lead responsibilities. Strong design portfolio highlighting creativity, technical strength and project success. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
